The Imperial Chandelier was born from the meeting of Transe Express and Imperial Kikiristan, a human connection that was an evident match between two companies with a genuine admiration for each other.<\/p>\n

After several residencies at the Gare \u00e0 Coulisses and numerous performances at their festival, the idea emerged to invite Imperial Kikiristan to join the chandelier of Cristal Palace, offering, in addition to their repertoire, a parade before each performance.<\/p>\n

From this collaboration, The Imperial Chandelier was born, with its premiere in June 2024 in Dole, during the passage of the Olympic flame.<\/p>\n

Straight from Kigrad, the capital of Kikiristan, the Imperial Kikiristan Orchestra, with the street as its favored stage, free from constraints and electricity, brings together the best of its 15 years of musical wanderings.<\/p>\n

Interaction, choreography, humor, music, songs, and dances, from meticulously crafted tableaux to total improvisation, frenetic solos, serenades, or the quest for new members, this folkloric band is a hit wherever they go.<\/p>\n

The monumental chandelier offers them a unique opportunity to rise into the air, gathering the crowd beneath their feet. And who knows, they might even catch a glimpse of their distant homeland…<\/p>\n
